About Chisholm Trail Bakery

Our Story

My name is Hailey & I have always had a passion for baking and a tiny glimmer of a dream to open a bakery one day. It's been way down deep & I think a part of it is in my DNA. Well before I was born, my mom opened her own bakery as a passion project and called it Chisholm Trail Bakery. Her original sign is pictured above. She would bake all morning and ride horses all afternoon. Chisholm is my maiden name and was my mom's married name back then. 4o years later, I'm bringing it back! Cheers to lots of baking, celebrating and yummy treats!

Our Team

I am the team. Along with my husband, Ryan who willingly drops cookies off to clients. My 3-year-old daughter, Monroe who insists on wearing her apron while I bake and her little brother, Strayer who's first word was "cookie" and is always happy to eat the broken ones!
